I bring over 30 years of global business, leadership, and senior management experience across a variety of technology, industry, and service sectors spanning $10Ms to $100Ms in revenue and teams of up to 125 employees. In every role, I successfully built new businesses or turned around under-performing P&Ls, product lines, and teams. My expertise includes strategy development, product management, product marketing, business development, user experience, and customer experience.
Throughout my career, I’ve led small to mid-sized business units within larger corporate environments. This experience gives me a strong understanding of what it takes to effectively plan, operate, and grow a business—at any scale small to large—from setting strategic goals and managing limited resources to scaling operations and navigating internal dynamics.
